100th post ~~

this is my blog's 100th post ^^ ~~

i have no intention at all to close this blog and i will continue blogging in it as long as i can =)

been rushing to for my assignment recently and i feel so lifeless ...
my Investment Analysis assignment due 8th oct
and AUDIT assignment due 10th oct ....

then i'll have an individual essay test -- 2 essays in 1 hr on 16th oct...

then i have Derevative Securities assignment due 22th oct -_____-

the assignment + test marathon doesn't end here ...

27th oct start i'll have one week study break then

my finals is here ...

after that?
the long awaiting moment ~~

y women worrry so much ^^

Scientists have known that on the whole, females of all ages tend to worry more and have more intense worries than males. Women also tend to perceive more risk in situations and grow more anxious than men.

Now we know why.

Women are more likely than men to believe that past experiences accurately forecast the future, according to two new studies.

The research, involving both 3- to 6-year-olds and adults of both genders, tested the extent to which participants' thought that worry can be caused by thinking that a bad event that happened in the past could happen again in the future.
[This skill, in its simplest form, is critical to social understanding as it is important to making decisions and assessing risk.]

For the first study, subjects listened to six stories that featured characters harmed by another person or animal in the story. Many days later, the character felt worried or changed their behavior when confronted with the same wrongdoer who had hurt them before.
[For example, if one little boy stole a toy from another, the child might be worried when he saw that boy again and hide the new toy he was playing with.]

The second study was the same, except that the person or animal the character ran across later only looked similar to the one that had harmed them before.

At the end of each story, the participants were asked to explain why the character was worried or changed their behavior.

Females, both children and adults, were more likely to use uncertainty to explain the character's reaction, that is, they tended to explain the reaction in terms of events that might happen versus those that will happen, the researcher reported. They also tended, more than males, to predict that the characters who encountered the new character who looked similar to the wrongdoer would feel worried because they thought the new character would also do them harm.

The studies, detailed in the Sept./Oct. issue of the journal Child Development, also found that children increasingly made these kinds of past-to-future connections as they got older, which yields insight into their cognitive development.

"These results are significant because they reveal that knowledge about the impact of past-to-future thinking on emotions and behaviors develops during the preschool years," said study author Kristin Lagattuta of the University of California, Davis.

japanese perm

i permed my hair today ^^
curls like maggi ...

had class from 8-12pm ...
then i walked to my car ... and guess wat ...
from far away i saw mpsj fellas summoning the car infront and behind my car o.O
i admit i parked at illegal non parking space ...
so i quickly pressed the remote open and close my car ...
and luckily the mpsj fellas are clever enough not to saman me ^^
when i reach my car i sais to them "thank you boss~" and shine a big wide smile at them ^^

then i quickly put on some basic make up and drove to wella @ shah alam ...
there 6 "models" 4 had their hair done left me and another girl ...

waited for bout 5 mins then the 3 japanese guys that are suppose to perm our hair came in ...
washed hair and we were asked to go onto the stage -____-
sit there and the japs do our hair while explaining to the crowd and a translator translating ...

not long after that ..
perming done ^^
i'm not the first one to see myself coz there is no mirror on stage =.=

suddenly ...
i missed the swt-ing ultraman ...
he used to play an important role in my life ...
he was on my file ... water bottle ... pencil box ... mp3 ... and EVERYWHERE ...
but as time pass by ...
i change my things ..
its start to extinct from my life ...
but i still got two big stickers left ...

i believe i still got some of the small ultramans hiddensumwhere among my things ...
hope that they wil lcome out soon ...
somehow this ultraman reminds me of amirul affendi & arroon & an swee & the rest ...
wonder if thay still remembers me ...

monday blues ~

today ...
susah payah i wake up at 6.30am for mr errol's class ...
was DAMN sleepy in the class ... ZZZZZ ...

and i have break from 10-1pm then class from 1pm to 5 pm SUPPOSEDLY ...
BUT ~~
dear mr koh absent -____-
we only realise when we had our lunch after 12pm and headed towards lecture hall ...
since there was no lecture ...
i guess tutorials were off too so i went 7th floor and
yea ... tutorials also cancelled =.= wtf i paid FULL DAY parking weh ~

then ... i tot of raymond's interview ...
so i called raymond and he say its okay for me to go interview today ...
so i went ^^

all the way to manjalara ...
ALMOST sesat ... but luckily i realise fast enough and turn to the right direction ^^
^^ DAMN BANGGA =)) ^^

after the short interview ...
raymond tot wee the fastest way to reach my house ...
i followed the way ALSO TAK SESAT ...
but piad bloody rm2 + rm1.50 tol ...
i hate paying tols -____-

finally i saw mid valley and confirmed i'm on the right track ...
but ...
i dunno how the h*ll i went into mid valley's loading and unloading bay =.=
imagine all the big lorries around my smal little baby kembara chai [luckily not kancil] ...
damn obviously aku sesated there -____-
all guards and lorry driver looked at me my car ... damn paiseh ... swt...
but thank God i found the road out and manage to reach home *phew~

now i am sooooo tired that i'm going to sleep .... zzzzz

a sunday

its just another normal day ...

it started with i have to wake up bout 9am
to help out at thean hou temple for some blood donation campaign ...

then went to some traditional chinese dance thing practicing for CNY -____-
the teacher happen to pms and keep scolding ...
so we practiced in fear =.=

then i came home ...
and went out to makan with ziling ...
then home to do my tutorials ...

i bought a pair of shoes at sinma for rm20 while waiting for the rain to stop ...


i never had any of these kind of shoes b4...
this pair will be my trying pair to decided will i buy these shoes again in future =)

but i dunno why today i feel like i'm in my own world with only me in the world ...
my surroundings seems to be far and ...
i dunno how to describe but its just a lonely feeling even when there are lots ppl around u ...

guess its just another of my emo period ... sigh ...

on ordinary friday~

i went to see mr errol today regarding my failed paper ...
apparently 40% of ppl failed ...
for the mcq part i got 29/50
which means i got 21 wrong and he say he cannot reveal all answers -____-
and the theory part i got 18/50 ...
this is the hard part ...
talking to him i know he do not have the intention to add marks at all
so i just asked him and cleared out things i TOT i understand but actually i don't ...

then i reach home and waited for my friends to come play mahjiong ...
mel ffk-ed and the rest of us learned poker from mr YAP KEONG
but we still prefer mahjiong =)

i'm so glad today is friday which means i get two days off after this =)
but my sat night i gtg klang to teman my mum watch some karaoke competition ...
and my sunday i'll be helping out at tian hou gong at a blood donation campaign ...
so much for resting during weekends -___-

now i'm reading all news regarding the sexually abused child
and how police claims that she is nurin ...

will do a review on my next post regarding MY OPINION on the case ...
