blues ...

working life wasn't as good as i tot.

when i was studyin gin college, i always think working is better than studying [especially during exam times]. i thought that i could go drink/shopping rite after work and no worries bout any tutorials/tests undone.

but its not like that.

after work, i'm too tired to go shopping/yum cha. i just feel like going home and sleep. but when i reach home i dun sleep. i'll just go eat and online till my eye cannot take it anymore. then i'll sleep.

and i think i'm getting more and more useless becoz of life like this.

at least when i'm in college, i'm learning. but at work now. i am doing repetitive things.
and that makes me feel like studying again. but looking back at my results and the struggles i went to, i dun feel like studying anymore.

what should i do? i'm confused. i dun thing i'm ready to enter the corporate world. i dun think i'm ready to agree with my boss on everything including those i think is not right. i dun think i'm ready to stop being a kid and grow up. i dun think i'm ready to not having things the way i want. i dun think i'm ready to put in charge of sth important. i dun think i'm ready to face the fact that i can't do anything right.

i dun think i'm ready to be told i'm useless.

back from first day of work.

working was not as bad as i thought. maybe because my computer plug point spoil d and i dun have com to use so i don;t have much to do on my first day ;):):)

but i wanna thank all my friends who gave me blessings for my first day of work.

mellaine girl u dunno how touch i was to see your sms this morning. it just shows that u still care for me, like how inseparable we were in high school those days. i still miss combing your hand. hahaha. u know wat i mean. i miss u so muchie, when can i see u???

however, its just my first day of work. i have got so much more to learn and learn and learn.
just hope i wont make any major mistakes during my 6 months probation period.
i can do it :):):)

Rotract Club of Taylors Business School's latest activity:

"a joint project with Nanyang Technological University to carry out a community project at Kampung Gapam Baru, Melacca, Malaysia."

so 5 of us rotractors went to represent RACTBS for 3 days - 10, 11 & 12 dec.
karen, joe chang, eng yoong, kian loong & ming kee :)

the place we stay has one of the nicest scenery i've ever seen.

its called Anjung Tasik. direct translation: lake side.
but its not a good ting staying beside the lake. coz of mosquitoes. they are the most annoying thing after cockroaches. and not forgetting the numerous insects everywhere. i think the lizards there will never worry bout their meal.

as for our meal, we had curry everyday. thus, i'm back with a sorethroat. sigh~

due to the excessive amount of mosquitoes, we, the lifeless KL ppl, did the following in our dormitory everyday.

okay,
back to the project.
we were suppose to:

1. paint mural for the tadika
2. teach the tadika kids basic english
3. teach the tadika kids some malay
4. donate some books & toys to them.

painting mural was an easy one ;)
the walls was originally PURE white and blue so baring. and makes the tadika look like a police station more than a tadika. i'm serious.

and after our magic hands paint over it, it became a very happy police station

busy like a bee ~~

went to see the venue of "a Garden Affair" event and i think its superb :)
not going to show any photos here to not be a spoiler. haha.

btw, my boss ah, i haven't get pa system quotation not my fault leh. its hotmail's problem i tell u. so many mails i never get. i'll call kok siang and ask him fax to me instead k. sigh. have to use traditional way pula.

genting

i'm sick again ... why?

coz i've been making ppl sick ... how?

by selling ice cream in the rain at GENTING -___-

worked last sat and sun @ genting for walls cyberion carnival. i was sent outdoor and it have to rain on BOTH the days we selling. [tsk tsk tsk ...]
and during this trip i found a lot of ppl as lame as me.
[hahaha. this world is getting lamer and lamer.]
and we had lots of great memories to be kept ^^

and i'm going to blog bout the whole trip job.
last friday, i had class from 8-12pm and i fell asleep right after i reach home after class when i should be packing my stuffs to go genting -___- luckily i manage to wake up bout 5pm and kerk fetched me to cable car station where i waited for yy and wai wai and others to naik bukit together. the camwhores took a lot of stupid pics in the cable car. and by the time we reach genting, it almost 7pm. we were suppose to be there at 8pm. but as usual, everyone was late.

after briefing and self introducing, and watever not, we went to our apartments. only 2 apartments for almost 40 of us -___- and i room with yinyee yoko molly ming mei and xiaolin. haha. 6 girls one room. imagine the amount of clothes we can throw around in the room.

dinner at pizza and then went back to our apartment to cho dai dee. loose quite a lot. then played texas poker with the guys, and win quite a lot. haha. next time play again ya ppl ^^

slept at 5am and next morning woke up bout 9. got a big piece of bad news :

NO HOT WATER WTF!!!~~

can die lo take bath with cold water in genting. but no choice. zzz. then start work liao.

10-10pm. selling ice cream and convincing ppl that eating ice cream in a cold weather in no big deal. an dour product is the best thing created. and its okay for babies or even old folks to eat ice cream. watever.

our target was 1000 cartons [36000 sticks] per day. and wat we manage to sell is way too far from the target :(

to spend the night we got our bugers and went to listen to old school songs. wtf. hahaha. reached hotel, my throat was soaring desperately and i HAD to got get something to sure it. with stupid dave teman-ing me. and the worst thing happened.

we were locked outside. wtf. both of us din bring hp since we assumed it will be a short walk. wtf. we bang on the door and all the pigs residents inside the apartment couldn't hear us. wtf. knock the door till my fingers pain lo !@#$%^&* then nothing to do we have to walk around and sleep in front of the apartment door like some homeless ppl. zzz. 7.30 am only got ppl open door for us. wtf. and when i go into my room, no space on the bed for me -___- u all wanna throw me out izzit? tell me lor, i will walk out myself de. hmph ...

but nvm la, at least get 4 hours of sleep. then worked like a zombie and finally, 10pm liao. cleared all things, say all goodbyes, took a lot of pics [but kokwah potong stim coz his cam no batt -___-].

then dave sent few of us who unfortunately have class the next day down.

its really not nice for ppl to ffk.
ffk means fong fei kei aka fly kite.
means when u promise u'll be there and u did not appear.

its even more not nice if a lot of ppl is waiting for u.
its even worst if ppl have to pay cover charge to go into that place to wait for u.

and raymond lam did it. he ffk-ed all his fans for the meet fans session at aloha on friday.
seriously wtf.

and i'm sooo not happy with that day.

if u think by paying me rm120 u can ask me to do whatever u like, u're WRONG. my payment is only for my job scope. anything extra u'll have to pay me extra. don't think u can bully me like that just because u're the client. a client who doesn't even know about his own product properly. alcohol lever and bitterness level is different la please. go glue your eyes on the briefing slides before shooting me okay. and please just admit and say sorry if u realise u're wrong. yea it would be embarrassing but what to do, u started it. i respect u as my client but that doesn't mean u can mess with the rules. our job scope is only as told and u can't add or change it when U and only U feel like it. u can fire or complain me, if u don't like me, but u can't ask be do stupid things to "make sure myself is alright" when i don't even know what i did wrong.

please stand in people's shoe before demanding. it u were in my position, will u be doing the same thing or u would have made it worst? ask yourself.

giant mascot party

was at genting yesterday working as mascot escort for giant mascot party.

the numbers of mascots were crazy thus the mascots went crazy thus the crowd went crazy too.
we have more than 20 mascots there so u can imagine the how crazy happy the kids were. we enjoyed ourselves too ^^. coz all mascots were "fighting" each other and its so happy to see such a harmony world [wtf am i saying? -___- ]

the highlight of the event was:

• a&w bear doing "drunk kungfu" [zui kuen]
• milo tin trying to breakdance
• and lots more funny stuffs

the job was another happy job as usual and we surely enjoyed ourselves =)

after the job, its shopping time ^^. dude, johwyn and mingkee shopped at genting but got nothing. as we tought of chilling out a while to rest our legs, we saw brian leong there. so he joined us for a yum cha session @ coffee bean and i learned some stuffs i can not learn anywhere else from them [HAHA!].

unsatisfied by the shopping at genting, we went down hill and took dude's kancil chai from kepong lrt and continued our shopping at one u. dude bought most stuffs he wanted to buy but he can't get his darling white converse shoe size 9 which he saw in genting and dun dare to buy. thus emoness overwhelms him. how to cheer him up? BIG APPLE DONUTS ^^ [wait. isn't that for making ME happy? nvm]. ordered 6 pcs [i wish we ordered more] and finish it damn fast.

then i got a call from that oj sim fella and he say he is coming back pj for some reason. so he will pick me up from one u when he reach pj bout 11. dude was so kind to offer to teman accompany me wait till that time [HAHA! again].

walking around, i got myself a notebook and a pen that can fit into the notebook's rings and a childish pencilbox to put my makeups =)
and i looked and compare both w580i and w910i and i still think its best if w910i have white color.

to kill the rest of the time, we went to catch a movie -- mad detective. overall its okay. but i think they should have gave us more suspense. nvm that.

so oj sim picked me up after that and went yum cha with his freids at the "farewell" then ah ga sent me home.

and i was asked to sprint while they record ....
so i sprint ...

i fell on the floor -__-

my lips and knees bleed like mad and my lip's blood was tickling down onto my palm ...
obviously the recording have to stop
and i went to toilet to clean the wounds up with helen's help ...
and helen din wanna record after that but i'm not sure why ...
